Clothing Line

During my stay at VCU I created a t shirt logo entitled Marla, so here is a viewing of the design. The design is composed of basic elemental shapes that create a female form. The design took about a year to complete and was inspired by Egyptian female statues. The message behind the logo is too "never loose faith in your swag" .I want this logo to represent longevity, altitude, and everything that is true to you. For instance, if you are walking down the street and someone notices you wearing a t shirt or a hoodie of mine, they would know that you are making a statement about searching and understanding the truth. Also during my stay at VCU I culminated a nice collection of hoodies and t shirts, which I took pictures of. The screen printing was handmade and was a pain at times but altogether pretty enjoyable.

Introducing myself is quite a pleasure, but I must not ramble on. This is a blog for all of the people in the world who love Art and Culture. My personal interests have a wide span ranging from Jazz to Rock and Painting to Performance art. I hope we can all enjoy this ride
